Trip Meeting Times
Please plan on arriving 15 minutes before your designated trip meet times so you are not late.
Please do not be late for Middle Fork & North Fork trips meeting at our River Camp or at our Auburn Meeting location. We have designated start times and water releases from Dams to consider. We cannot delay departure times if you are late.
We MAY have a bit of flexibility on South Fork Trips and if you are running late, please call us ASAP.

If you are not camping with us the night before your trip, then please arrive at the time listed already having had your breakfast. We always have coffee & tea available for you. Breakfast can be added if you book in advance. Large Group times may be different if coordinated with us in advance.

South Fork Lower Gorge: 10:00 AM at our River Camp.
South Fork Lower Gorge Express Afternoon Trip: 12:30 PM at our River Camp.

Middle Fork arrival at our River Camp: 7:00 AM.
Middle Fork meeting in Auburn off Hwy 80: 9:00 AM (prior arrangement only)

North Fork Weekend Trips have designated start times that vary. When you book your trip, our office staff will confirm your trip meet time in Camp or in Auburn off Hwy 80. Breakfast can be added for those camping the night before.
You can arrive at our campground any time between 5:00 PM -10:00 PM the night before your trip. Our greeter will be there to welcome you from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Late arrivals after 10:00 PM must make prior arrangements with the reservation office.
If you are not camping with us the night before your trip, please arrive in the morning for breakfast.
